I have been coaching online for a decade. I help average men build above-average physiques.
These are busy family men who don’t have the time to research training and nutrition and would rather delegate it to a professional. By doing so, they save time, money, and the frustration of trying to figure it out on their own.
While I provide detailed guides and support, they are the real heroes doing the work.
Is Online Coaching Right For You?
Online coaching is not a new concept, but was recently popularized. That being said, it might not be the right coaching style for you.
If you are someone who needs constant motivation, has injuries or imbalances, or is brand new to the gym, I suggest seeking out a local coach.
However, if you are driven, open to learning new things, and willing to work hard, then this might be a perfect fit for you.
How Does Coaching Look Like?
1. I send you forms to understand you better.
2. We talk. We talk a lot and set both big and small goals.
3. We plan how you will achieve those goals.
4. You do the work and report and report results
5. I do the work and make needed adjustments.
6. We communicate often, through email, DMs, or video calls.
7. I get to know you: your desires, needs, and limits.
8. I support, guide, challenge, and keep you on track.
9. We check your progress, revisit goals, and tweak as needed.
10. You achieve great results.
